Abdul is currently a doctoral research fellow at University College London, working with a new project on the teaching of Empire, Migration and Identity. He has fourteen years’ experience working in schools in London and overseas as well as three years’ experience working in Initial Teacher Education at UCL. Abdul has authored a range of school history textbooks on diverse histories and has co-authored a range of academic articles.
