I’ve been working on testing the Boost platform for over a year now and the team at Hodder have painstakingly put it together to ensure that it is as functional and intuitive as possible. I’ve needed no training to navigate my way around the site as things are exactly where you’d expect them to be.

The wealth of resources available on Boost is enormous and I can already see that it’s going to be very powerful in reducing teacher workload, as everything is in one place. I particularly like that you can build a lesson and keep all resources for that lesson in one place, whether it is the presentation, worksheets, textbook or even quizzes. The pre-prepared quizzes will be a game-changer for reducing team workload and supporting students to embed knowledge whilst helping me to inform my future planning as I am able to quickly see where students have knowledge gaps.

The student copies of the textbook will be so useful, particularly for home learning, and provide us with a lot more scope than we have previously had with just paper copies which are based in school.

Overall, I highly recommend the platform and am looking forward to using it with our students in the coming months and seeing real impact of what it can do.
