Thanks for a great book - I have read it from cover to cover and used it to set in place a few changes already. One that is working really well is chasing for money 21 days after invoice (due in 30) - payment is frequently coming in less than 30 and I look forward to seeing the payment day's calculation decreasing from 74 in last years accounts..... Your book has helped me think things through, and it really works!
